Why does the U.S. have some of the weakest Drunk Driving laws in the developed world?
Some countries automatically revoke your license for a long period of time or forever on the first or second offense, some have tough prison sentences, one South American country has the death penalty by fire squad for drinking and driving.
Plastic Fantastic, what a way to twist around a question that has nothing to do with oil or the war in Iraq. Tough drinking and driving laws would make people think twice before they drive drunk and risk the lives of others.
Didn’t you know, we’re soft on crime? We can hardle execute murderers. And don’t get me started on child molesters.
