What are the penalties for driving without a license in CT and killing the passenger of the vehicle?
The driver was in the legal limit for alchol. She has previously been charged with driivng witout a license and has gotten a slap on the wrist. The driver is trying to blame the victim for the accident. I am just trying to get some sort of by the book penalties. Just as a reference.
She’ll probably get a fine for the driving without a license but she could be charged with anything from reckless endangerment to manslaughter for the victim’s death.
