If the controlled buy was only done 1 time and not several, what are examples possible entrapment defense cases if the controlled buy was only done ONCE.
A case would be helpful as well
One sale doesn’t always prove it’s a dealer. If you get multiple sales it proves it wasn’t a one time thing, so can’t be the cops getting them to do something they wouldn’t otherwise do.
