Drunk driving accidents
Drunk driving accidents are unfortunately quite common. Drunk driving is one of several "external factors" that can influence your personal injury case decision in your favor – using a cell phone while driving is another external factor.
External factors are the actions of another driver who was not the direct cause of the accident but contributed, and prove, negligence. A drunk driving accident can be caused by excessive driver speed, no signal or running a stop sign. The drunkenness is incidental, but very relevant.
Because of this, when an accident involves drunk driving consumption is generally considered an intangible. So even if there is a charge of drunk driving, it is important to bring up anything alluding to the drinking driver. For example, odor of alcohol on the driver's breath or seeing empty bottles in the car. Emphasizing that these things can help you.
Apart from accidents drunk driving accidents, cell phones are increasingly common. If the other driver was talking on a cell phone when the accident occurred car is likely to win rapid personal injury deal.
Cell phones have been shown to cause accidents by driver distraction. Some Studies have shown that cell phones are responsible for as many accidents as drunk driving. Mention this to the insurance company strengthen its case, but still put up a fight. (There are also studies claiming that cell phones cause very few accidents, but the studies may be easily refuted.)
Before talking with the adjuster of this factor, research both sides so you know what to say – do a search online for studies related to the dangers of cell phone use while driving. The most that can be used to counter your claim says that only a small percentage of accidents in North Carolina were caused by the use of cell phones. The study includes statistics from the early 1990 and does not show the actual number of mobile phone users in North Carolina at that time.
Drunk driving car accidents happen a law has clearly been broken and the charges usually made against the driver. That the prosecution should have only the insurance company to bid hurrying.
With the use of cell phones is not as easy as many states have no laws against use while driving. Without the element of a broken law and resulting charges, may be more difficult to prove that the driver was using a cell phone. This will reduce your word against his, but that's okay. If you know you are well, then make sure the setting is aware that if your claim goes to court, he claims the other driver's cell phone records. This will become your case.
If your case involves a drunk driving accident or an accident cell phone, make sure that the stress in your claim to the insurance company. Drunk driving accidents are so common that the mere mention of 'drunk' in the word will do most of the work for you. With the use of mobile cell, the reference at least one study. This goes to show the insurance adjuster know what you're talking about and that his argument is solid.

I've watched enough video of police dogs 'alerting' on weed to know that 50% of the time the officer has to show the dog when to 'alert.' It's all pretty much a scam, if the police decide to search your vehicle then they will search it. I think that one should repeat, several times, “You do NOT have permission to search my vehicle.” If the police do search anyway, I would state “I object to this search, you do NOT have permission to search my vehicle.”

Weird Drunk Stories
Cuckoo's Nest was based on Dammasch State Hospital, right here in my home state. I had a relative who was admitted there for an extended enforced stay after killing someone while drunk driving, and the stories he told were pretty … interesting. Ken Kesey wasn't exaggerating, and if anything, he soft-pedaled it. Of course, I didn't have much sympathy for the relative — if anyone deserves a stay in an abusive psych ward, it's murdering drunk drivers. He was there to “dry out,” as it were.]]>
