Questions regarding Drug/Alcohol Evaluation Test?
I got a DUI 8months ago. It was a complete accident which I deeply regret. Anyways, here in Texas the law basically rapes you when you get charged with a DUI. I’ve already spent thousands in court costs, fines, etc. Now I’m supposed to take a Drug/Evaluation test in front of a counselor and this bothers me. I don’t consider myself a person with alcohol or drug problems, but I’m afraid if I answer questions a certain way, that I will be stuck going to something like AA three times a week for two years (and they charge $ for their meetings). Does anyone know what kind of questions they will be asking me? I just want to know before taking this test.
