violation of probation?
whats happens in these situations i violated my probation by picking up a new charge witch is a dwi,this happened in el paso texas?
first offense was assualt thats why im on probation and i picked up the dwi, a motion to adjudicate thats what my p.o said, my lawyer said he was gonna try and recall the warrant but what else can happen
Don’t stress it that much. Get the situation over with ASAP. If You were put on probation then You were granted a slap on the wrist. Probation is like being in jail except You have more rights(FREEDOM) but if You were caught doing something wrong AGAIN then You will probably get whatever time The Judge suspended on the Assualt or He/She will add a little more time on top of that charge(DWI)
It depends on how strict the laws are. You might just get more time added on probation but YES You will go to jail until court most likely.
