Dwi Texas 2nd Offense

I was arrested for DWI, 2nd offense but wasn’t drunk and give no tests. Now what?

I was arrested for a DWI when in fact I had fallen asleep at the wheel and crashed. I was given no breath, blood test nothing…. what happens now? Serious answers only please. I live in texas.

You hire a lawyer and fight it in court…….Or…….You let it ride.
