How much is the fine for an underage drinking in Wisconsin?
Im writing a paper for a law class about underage drinking and cant find how much a fine for underage drinking is anywhere. Also, how much is the fine for DUI or DWI?
There reason you are having such a problem finding info on underage drinking in Wisconsin is because it is almost never enforced. Wisconsin actually has a law that a child can be drinking as long as s/he is with his/her parents. They can go to bars too with their parents. As for DWI, it depends on first vs. later offense.
