got a speeding ticket for going 53 on a zone of 35 mph. should I hire an attorney?
The road was in a downward slope.. The cop was hiding in one of the by roads at the end of the slope.
What is my best defense?
Just before the downward slope, there is a very big upward slope(for a couple of miles.) There is no way that you can speed so fast on upward slope. Should I hire an attorney? How much do they charge?
