I got a ticket while driving on a suspended license?
I got my license suspended, and it was effective on the first. It’s now the 3rd and I just got pulled over for a ticket. He didn’t mention anything during the time I got pulled over. I hear you get jail time if you get caught. Maybe I hadn’t been marked as suspended in the system at the time I got pulled over? What will happen?? Will they come and grab me and lock me in the slammer? Maybe it will slide by and no one will notice?
if you got away with it then your probably ok but that is a LUCKY BREAK i wouldnt drive anymore as if you get caught again that definately wont happen. you will probably get jail time along with no license for atleast 1-2 years.
