Texas Dui First Offense

Jailtime options?

I recently got a Dui In Colorado. This is my second offense (first in Texas 4 years ago). For my first offense, I got probation as opposed to jailtime. Will/Could I possibly be offered probation or some other arrangement in place of jailtime for this second offense?

Not sure, but I do hope you get the jail time as the probabtion was not warning enough.
